System Requirements
nService runs Windows 2000, 2003, 2008, Vista and Windows 7. It needs a database to store its data. MS SQL Server 2000, 2005 and 2008 are supported. Users use nService through a web browser. Internet Explorer 6 or newer, all versions of FireFox are supported

Data Flow Diagram
When a user enters data including service requests, knownledge base articles, asset information from a web browser. It gets sent to the nService website. The nService website saves it into the SQL Server database. When a user retrieves data, the nService website retrieves it from the SQL Server database and sends it to the user's browser.
