Please take the following steps.
  1. If IIS is not enabled on the new server, enable it and the Application Server through Control Panel, Turn Windows Features On/Off (see screenshot below)
  2. Copy the \inetpub\wwwroort\nService4 from your old server to the new server
  3. Run IIS manager on the new server
  4. Create an Application Pool (see screenshot below)
  5. Right click nService4 on the left pane and select Convert to Application command (see screenshots below)
  6. Save the changes
To move the database, back it up and restore it on the new DB server. Go back to IIS Manager, select nService4 on the left panel, double click the connection string icon on the right pane. Correct the data source and the database if needed. You can also clone the database first, then update the database connection string in \inetpub\wwwroot\nService4\web.config before step #3 above.
