Internet Explorer Error : The page cannot be displayed
Avensoft products including Help Desk Server, Service Server,
Bug Tracker Server, HR WebServer, WebStore Server and Perfect Tracker
are web server software. They host their respective
websites. There are several reasons that can cause a web browser to fail to
connect to a website. Among them are DNS, Windows Internet Connection Firewall,
Windows TCP/IP Filtering and other firewall software.

When a web browser connects to a website using the domain name instead of
the IP address, if your DNS server can't translate the domain name to the
actual IP address of the website, the browser will not be able to connect.
In this case, use the IP address to access the website.

If the Internet Connection Firewall of Windows is enabled on the computer
hosting the website, you will not be able to access the website from
another computer. In that case, you need to open the port you assigned to
the web server software.

If the TCP/IP Filtering of Windows is enabled on the computer hosting the
website, and the TCP port the web server software uses is not enabled,
you will not be able to access the website. In that case, open the
port you assigned to web server software.

Other firewall software you may have installed can also prevent access
to the website if the TCP port the web server software uses is not enabled.
