information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
We use Your Email Address and Calendar Event Data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service,
You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in
plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
- Application refers to the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any
electronic device, named Alarm 2G.
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Avensoft Inc, 1249 S. Diamond Bar Blvd, #25, Diamond Bar, CA 91765, United States
- Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
- Alarm Data refers to the data that makes up the alarms including date, time, name and notes.
- Email Address refers the email address you use to create the Alarm 2G cloud account.
- Calendar Event Data refers to the event data from your Google or Outlook calendar.
- Calendar User Data refers to the user email address obtained when signing into Google or Outlook.
- Service refers to the Application and the Website.
- Website refers to https://alarm2g.com.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on
behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Use, Retention, Transfer, Disclosure and Security of Your Alarm Data
The Application uses your Alarm Data to create alarms on your phone.
This data is stored on your phone till you delete the alarms. It is not transferred to our servers.
It will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent. It is protected by your phone's operating system.
Use, Retention, Transfer, Disclosure and Security of Your Calendar Event Data
You can create alarms for your Google or Outlook calendar events.
The Application asks You to sign in to your Google or Microsoft account to authorize the access of your Calendar Event Data.
The Application uses your Calendar Event Data only to prepopulate the time and name of the alarms.
After the alarms are created, the Calendar Event Data is discarded. It will not be stored, transferred
or disclosed. This data is processed on your phone and is not transferred to our servers.
Use, Retention, Transfer, Disclosure and Security of Your Calendar User Data
After signing into your Google or Outlook account to retrieve calendar events, the Application retrieves
your Google or Outlook email address and displays it on the event listing screen. This data will not be stored, transferred
or disclosed. This data is processed on your phone and is not transferred to our servers.
The Application doesn't access any other user data from your Google or Outlook account.
Use of Your Email Address
The Company may use Email for the following purposes:
- To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Email Address
You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to
You as a registered user.
- To contact You: To contact You by email, or a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or
informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including
the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
- To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.
Retention of Your Email Address
The Company will retain Your Email Address only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this
Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Email Address to the extent necessary to comply with our legal
obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve
disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Transfer of Your Email Address
Your information, including Email Address, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any
other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be
transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other
governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your
agreement to that transfer.

accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of Your Email Address will take place to an organization

Disclosure of Your Email Address
Business Transactions
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Email Address may be transferred.
We will provide notice before Your Email Address is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy

Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Email Address if required to
