Use, Retention, Transfer, Disclosure and Security of Your Alarm Data

The Application uses your Alarm Data to create alarms on your phone. This data is stored on your phone till you delete the alarms. It is not transferred to our servers. It will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent. It is protected by your phone's operating system.

Use, Retention, Transfer, Disclosure and Security of Your Calendar Event Data

You can create alarms for your Google or Outlook calendar events. The Application asks You to sign in to your Google or Microsoft account to authorize the access of your Calendar Event Data. The Application uses your Calendar Event Data only to prepopulate the time and name of the alarms. After the alarms are created, the Calendar Event Data is discarded. It will not be stored, transferred or disclosed. This data is processed on your phone and is not transferred to our servers.

Use, Retention, Transfer, Disclosure and Security of Your Calendar User Data

After signing into your Google or Outlook account to retrieve calendar events, the Application retrieves your Google or Outlook email address and displays it on the event listing screen. This data will not be stored, transferred or disclosed. This data is processed on your phone and is not transferred to our servers. The Application doesn't access any other user data from your Google or Outlook account.

The Company will retain Your Email Address only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Email Address to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Your information, including Email Address, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located.
