If you receive Out of Tech error on a page other than the sign in page, you must be using nService Active Directory integration to automatically authenticate users.

To see who are in nService, point your browser to http://your_nservice_site/nService4/Common/LogOnPage.aspx. You should see the list of online technicians. You can sign in by replacing one of them.

Keep in mind that users who are in a technician/manager group of a product or a service are consider technicians.
