What's new in nService 4.14/4.15/4.16 8/19/2012 8:20:15 AM by Bill Hanks In January 2010, we released version 4.14, 4.15 and 4.16. New features or changes are listed below. 1) Customizable user defined actions, request view, respond, resolve and close form. You can layout the fields for these actions on the Actions tab of a service. 2) Customizable site header. To customize the header, go to nService, Admin, Knowledge Base, add a new article named "Header Template". Click the HTML Text tab of the content box, paste in this code fragement: <table width='100%' border='0' cellspacing='0' cellpadding='0'><tr> <td class='siteTitle' rowspan="2">{logo}</td> <td class='userInfo' align='right'>{userInfo}</td> </tr><tr> <td class='siteTitle' align='right'>{siteTitle}</td> </tr></table> 3) Hidding certain sites from the user sign up form. If you set the "Make the website owner organization the default for new users" checkbox on Admin, Customize, you would see the sites listed on the sign up form on the sign in page. To hide certain sites, go to Organizations, My Organization, Sites, click in to these sites and edit them. Uncheck the "Allow User Self Sign Up" checkbox. Save the change. 4) Site based routing. You can set up routing and notification rules based on the service requesting site.
