The fields to display on the request listing page for end users can now be controlled on the Requests, Reports, End User Fields page. 3. Custom fields can be embedded in notification emails using the {srField-fieldId} syntax. The field IDs can be seen on the Services, Actions, View Action for Technicians, Fields page. 4. A merged request has its parent request ID set to the request it merged into. The link to the destination request is presented below the request deleted/merged error message when a user gets to the detail page of the merged request. 5. New registry settings: CanEmptySrRecycleBin, CanEmptyKbRecycleBin. Use them to remove the Empty Bin commands on Admin, Recycle Bins page.
